A stunning residence that becomes even more impressive after a complex roof renovation.

A luxurious home in Kamloops situated in the heart of Barnhartvale was looking for more of an open concept. DW Builders alongside their dedicated team of trades created a modern and upgraded roofline that made the space seem much larger than it appears. Bringing natural light in, expanding ceiling heights, and renovating the exterior finish makes this home appear to be brand new again.

This renovation was complete within 3 months. We began by cutting open the original roof line and trusses to open up the workspace. Our team safely hung from the roof tops attaching the new trusses to the existing and framed in the new peaks and dormer’s. Working in the spring gave us a great window of weather to ensure we weren’t effected by unpredictable Kamloops climate.

This renovation was complete with an impressive new kitchen and ensuite bathroom.
